Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients
• Property buyers lead generation
• Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements
• Following up on client s requests, ensure our clients are satisfied even after closing
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree is A must.
• 0-2 years experience in sales field
• Experience in the Real Estate field is a plus
• Applicant must have a car
• Very Good command of English (oral & written).
• Presentable
• Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
