Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Making calls with our leads and give them all information they need.
• Provide guidance and assist leads in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Prepare reports to his team leader
• Maintain and update listings of available properties and projects job requirements.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree at least.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fair awareness with office Microsoft works.
• Ability to work with team.
• Preferred to have car.
