Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with the procurement officer to float inquiries.
2.  Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
3.  Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
4.  Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
5.  Measure and value the work done on site.
6.  Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1.  Diploma holder.
2.  Minimum one year experience in the same field.
3.  Well versed in MS Office.
4.  Good communication skills in English.
5.  Excellent analytical & numerical skills.
