Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Leading the achievement of net sales, volume targets and business plans
• Responsible for contributing into the development and execution of innovation growth plans
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing sales team to deliver business & people objectives
• Converting the regions sales and market development objectives to all sales/channel managers within the region
• Developing strong working relation with distributors within the region
• this will include coordinating with the distributors management and field staff to achieve coverage & customer service objectives
• Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market research
• Implementation of new complex financial SOP’s between distributor and customers.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University degree in Pharma or Life Sciences
• 10 years total sales experience within Pharma industry
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience
• Experience in sales planning, sales trend analysis, distributor operations management and market development.
