Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Follow and achieve department s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries.
• Meet individual and company sales targets.
• Handle and resolve customers complaints.
• Represent and promote the brand with products and services at show-room.
• Explain different customizable features.

• Provide customer feedback to Head-Office
• Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
• Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
• Organize & handle all products in the show-room.
• Ensure pricing updated right.
• Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
• Collect the correct customers data for the company.
• Explain products value and capabilities to customers.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Experience: 2 – 4 years as sales associate must have retail experience
2. Education: suitable/related university degree
3. English: Good.
4. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
5. Sales skills, negotiation skills are a MUST.
6. Has very good communication skills.
7. Should be able to multitask as they have to manage a number of people.
8. Applicant for this position must be a highly motivated and self-initiated person with a positive attitude.
