Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop a business strategy to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimizing profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales revenues.

• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Manage store budget and maintain financial records
• Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
• Liaising with Head Office.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• V.good English
• Proven successful experience as a branch manager & seniority in sales.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills.
