Job Duties and Responsibilities :
* Monitoring the implementation of Health and Safety Management System
* Participating in achieving and maintaining OHSAS 18001 certification
* Accountable to Management on all aspects of the HSE programs
* Implementing the HSE Management Inspection Program
* Detailed investigations of all incident
* Provide HSE technical support and guidance to Company employees and Contractors
* Conduct business according to Corporate and industry HSE regulations and standard
* Exercise considerable independence in providing safety expertise at all levels.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
* Bachelor in any field, preferably in engineering
* Qualified HSE Auditor preferred
* Recognised Industry or qualification in Safety preferred
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Consideration may be given to candidates without degree that have sufficient experience and can demonstrate sufficient competence and skills to fulfill the job requirements.
* Min 5 year experience in HSE offshore drilling
* Must have sound knowledge of the drillings and sell servicing business
* Must be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and experience of Health & Safety management systems together with implementing and maintaining OHSAS 18001compliance.
* Preferable should be a qualified Auditor and be able to demostrate a practical working knowledge of HSE Auditing
* Should be a able to communicate effectively at all levels.
