Job Duties :
• Responsible in greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant certification
• At least 1 year Saudi Arabia experience ideally in home décor, furniture and etc.
• Knowledge in transacting cash & card payment
• Knowledge in basic merchandising and stock control
• Strong analytical skill aligned with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Good command over English.
