Job Duties :
Maintain a reliable filing system for all official documents and various correspondences.
Organize work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintain department’s schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Prepare and produce quotations and paint system guidance sheets as per customers and sales staff requirements.
Prepare reports by collecting information.

Qualifications and requirements :
Must be a Saudi male / female.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant secretarial job.
Experienced in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
To have a basic understanding of math.
Bilingual (Arabic & English).

Personal Attributes :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, motivated and highly organized.
Can work well alone or with a team.
