Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Execute Sales plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives
• Interact with hundreds of people a week and help each booth achieve it’s sales targets while having fun
• Effectively partners with customers and co-workers to resolve complex customer situations
• Conducts weekly observations and provides effective feedback to sales promoters
• Acts as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing training and awareness of our products, and promotions to our sales promoters
• Assists the management team to achieve and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management
• Participate in Management meetings.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Fluent English level
• Bachelor Degree Holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Sales
• Great Leadership Skills
• Great Interpersonal Skills
• Great Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to travel between Cairo and Alexandria
• Ability to manage more than one work place at a time.
