Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Credit responsibilities include the review and approval of borrower requests related to loan assumptions, leases, collaterals.
• Fundamental understanding of commercial real estate property valuation and debt financing.
• Understand and interpret property operating statements and personal financial statements of individual sponsors.
• Complete analysis, reporting, forecasting, stress testing, and balancing.
• Credit reporting and performance analysis for all portfolios.

• Develop and implement predictive analytics in support of portfolio modeling for both the existing loan portfolios as well as for new credit products being developed.
• Provide recommendations to improve credit policy, reduce credit losses while supporting retail business.
• Preparing and handling financial institutions requirements to get the needed fund to the company
• Supporting in checking and implementing the company IT system.
• Preparing documents and handle any issue with internal and external audits.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in a business related field
• 8-9 years Experience in the credit field
• English Proficiency.
• Computer proficiency
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Handle multiple tasks.
• Work under pressure.
