Job Duties :
Value commercial property within the Saudi Arabia by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market
Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on all commercial property types
Reach firm and justifiable conclusions on values for work undertaken
Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients
Preparation of models using Excel and Argus Developer
Close liaison with clients ensuring high quality advice is consistently delivered
Be able to take day to day responsibility for the execution of instructions under minimum supervision
Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively
Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong client base
Play an active role in the supervision and development of more junior team members reviewing reports, providing technical advice and APC guidance
Work closely with senior team members on high profile instructions
Support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
Collaborate with other departments internally to maintain market knowledge and cross sell opportunities.
Qualifications and requirements :
Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
RICS Registered Valuer
Comprehensive knowledge of valuation regulations and legislation
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabia real estate market is essential
Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer is essential
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Strong team ethic
Able to plan and manage workload efficiently.
