Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Making sure to solve any problem in the showroom or with clients to guarantee client s full satisfaction
2. Supervision on sales process and clients meeting with sales staff, guiding and train sales staff.
3. Closely managing and monitoring the progress in showroom sales targets achievement
4. Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets
5. Following up the sales operations and clients relationships and solving their problems as needed
6. Working to improve the style of products display matters continuously to reach the best results and assigning technicians to fix any damage.
7. Study the market and follow-up the competitors and prepare a report by their products to be aware regarding any new products in the market.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree preferable in Fine Arts or interior design.
2. Sales or marketing diploma preferred.
3. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
4. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
5. Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
6. Interior design background.
