Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Receive purchases from suppliers and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information.
2. Inspect the quality of the received Items looking for damaged or wrong items and report discrepancies to the direct head
3. Classify and store items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per shop procedure in order to ensure timely finding and release of products
4. Organize and arrange the store according to items characteristics and set standards, and tag newly arrived and / or returned items as instructed
5. Coordinate the cleansing of the warehouse with designated cleaning agents
6. When requested, participate in the inventory of products and report the end-of-day inventory status to direct head
7. Ensure availability of the required items at all times
8. Report any suspected theft or loss prevention issue to the direct head and department.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

2. Previous experience in Real Estate industry or contracting is a must
