Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Managing or Leading Warehouse Management or Transportation Management System implementations.
• Assisting clients bridge the gap between their distribution operation and technology, by tailoring the solution to meet their specific requirements.
• Perform all Service Delivery implementation tasks including but not limited to:
• Project planning
• Managing project tasks – both external and internal
• Facilitating/assisting with application design and setup.
• Designing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
• Developing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
• Unit, System, User Acceptance Testing and facilitating of this testing
• Implementation support
• Ensure standards are followed on all technical work
• Provide periodic status reports to a manager and/or client
• Provide accurate estimate and timelines of work performed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, CE, IE or related field
• 2 years of industry experience with heavy application and/or technical experience in the Supply Chain industry
• Experience with any of the tier one Supply Chain software products: Manhattan, Red Prairie, HighJump, JDE, Provia, MS Windows architecture and technology
• Team player with strong communication, organizational, project management and client interaction skills
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically.
