Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in the review and recreation of documents.
• Communicate with the Business Users to get detailed requirement and IT measurement.
• Bring Business requirement and translate it to IT personnel.
• Act as a strong liaison between BT and Business.
• Measure and provide statistical data for all.
• Provide infrastructure availability measurement.
• Compose infrastructure performance findings
• Assist on Application performance summary to solve application problems
• Utilize Dashboard to express finding on performance and availability
• Build a trust on solving IT and Business problem
• Provide solutions and alternatives.
• Present solutions to other groups and assist on using system tools.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• University Degree in IT and or Business Administration.
• At least 4 5 years experience as Business Analyst in a multi-platform environment, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong technical knowledge to convey IT messages to Business.
• General Idea of monitoring tools and their benefit to Business.
• Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and network usage.
• Experience on Application performance, and system and storage monitoring.
• Understand Business requirements and provide support for new IT projects
• Programming language and custom scripting experience.
