Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage customer with a technical problem for a product.
• Answer the technical question regard product.
• Determination the best solution for business.
• Supported by on-going visits to customers.
• Install, Manage and Administrate servers which includes both physical and Virtual environment.
• Manage Domain controller, Microsoft Exchange server
• Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults on Microsoft Technologies
• Coordinate installation of software system.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Microsoft Environment.
• Experience in data Storage and Visualization.
• Networking background
• MCSE certification is mandatory.
