Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Making key commercial decisions including sourcing in producing countries and identifying successful trading strategies.
2. Managing a portfolio of diverse customers.
3. Maintaining commercial relationships worldwide as well as growing market presence.
4. Negotiating contracts to agree on prices, quality, delivery, and specifications.
5. Devising and implementing commercial strategies in order to grow the business and increase the customer base.
6. Providing input into the development of the company s green coffee trading strategy.
7. Ensuring the timely execution of contracts and deliveries to customers
8. Traveling regularly to visit customers and producers, sometimes at short notice.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Fluent English is a must.
2. Internship in marketing, finance, and any related field.
3. Bachelor s degree in economics, Business Administration or Agronomy.
4. An MBA would be beneficial.
5. Ability to work independently within a small group of experts.
6. Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
7. Microsoft Office Suite skills especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
8. Ability and willingness to travel extensively worldwide.
