Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Prepare manpower planning annually, and identify staff vacancies, replacements, and select applicants.
• Manages different challenges related to Blue-collar recruitment process
• Decreases the turnover rates and generate different related reports & analyses to the different job levels
• Post vacancies on various recruitment and social media websites.
• Address any issue related to the recruitment process
• Follow up on the probation evaluation.

Training:
• Manage and implement staff assessment tools.
• Set up a needs analysis and determine with the director of human resources the specific needs for professional training.
• Collect information and analyze current vocational training to plan the annual budget.
• Set up annual training plans and programs.
• Choose training procedures or methods.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree is a must and HR Certificate is a Plus
• Strongly preferred to have an industrial background
• Time Management
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills.
