Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead customer knowledge transfer efforts
• Prepare training materials; develops course content; determines methodology and coordinates the development of training aids
• Conduct and schedules training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
• Researches and builds knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be trained
• Prepares or commissions graphics and illustrations to elaborate on concepts and training.
• Revises, edits, or updates instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary
• Specializes in technical writing for one or more specific industries
• Remains up to date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to his or her industry
• Attends conferences, trade shows, and educational seminars pertinent to his or her industry.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology
• Experience providing Cyber Security training to include Security operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and Organization
• Knowledge of Software and Computers
• Attention to detail
• Multitasking.
