Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensures day to day control and accurate operation of the technical systems of the theatre, radio system, TV studio, music lounge, city clock and background music server according to the checklist
• Loads music and ensures lighting automated controls are programmed for daily operation
• Recommends technologies to enhance existing systems by adding capabilities to improve performance
• Coordinates installation of equipment’s and does regular testing before opening and in event of failures coordinates with Line Manager, Maintenance and third parties involved
• Places orders for new equipments within budgetary constraints through procurement
• Provides basic training on usage of technical equipment / graphics within the team
• Caters to all kinds of external or internal events, summer camps, school or sponsor requirements with regards to video/photography and with necessary permits or disclaimers
• Prepares purchase requisitions for the technical requirements of the department
• Ensure exceptional quality of experience of all customers and deals with member of public in a polite and courteous manner all the time
• Keeps updated with new developments in the field.
• Prioritizes and completes jobs as per standards and with proper approvals.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in reading and understanding schematic diagrams of technical installs and control systems required

Skills:

•  Good knowledge of wide range Audio and Video equipment, materials and supplies
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and good organizational skills
• Excellent English language skills required.
