Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responding to inquiries and suggestions from customers, whether through telephone or social media.
• Receive complaints and provide solutions to customers
• Communicate with representatives of other departments to finalize the requests of customers in other departments.
• Satisfying customers and reducing the volume of complaints and identify and submit to the customer service supervisor.
• Follow-up of customers in cases of maintenance and accidents and ensure the completion of the procedures properly.
• Follow-up social and other means of communication to attract the largest possible customer segment.
• Any other work to which it is assigned. In terms of scientific and practical specifications.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University degree in any specialization.
• Preferably having at least one year experience in a service company.
• Working under pressure and within the spirit of one team.
• Fluent English language reading and writing and priority for those with the ability to speak fluently.
