Walk-in interview for CNC Supervisor in Jeddah. Currently we are looking for CNC Supervisor for our company in Jeddah. Interested Candidates Can submit their application.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• To clean all the used Stands and Roll chocks coming from mill.
• To assist the technicians wherever required.
• To assist the technicians during size change activities in mill.
• To ensure washing area and Roll Shop working area is kept clean and tidy.
• To observe safe working procedures.

Other Responsibility:
To Help in the other areas of Roll shop as and when required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• CNC machines programming
• Knowledge about Tungsten carbide ring grinding.
• Knowledge about rolls machining using CNC machines.
• Tooling requirements for roll shop machines
• Understanding maintenance requirement of CNC machines and effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

• Product specifications and quality requirements in high-speed wire rod and bar mills
• Basic computer skills
• Technical report writing skills
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Complex Thinking: Undertakes a complex analysis – Considers multiple possible causes and effects
• Openness to Change: Is prepared to try new approaches – Gives new ideas and methods a go
• Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Operation and maintenance of CNC machines
• Minimum 12 years’ experience as machinist using CNC and conventional machines.
