Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Plan coordinate and carry out preventative maintenance program.
2. Responsible to plan and coordinate all daily maintenance activities and personnel on both shifts.
3. Respond to urgent maintenance requirements to prevent production stoppage.
4. Maintain and develop a computerized preventative maintenance database.
5. Maintain and develop a computerized maintenance history for all plant and equipment.
6. Communicate with Production staff on maintenance time frames to complete tasks.
7. Identify and coordinate replacement parts and raise Purchase Orders to facilitate ordering process.
8. As required support business development process in terms of production process.
9. Compile and present monthly maintenance report for management.
10. Promote and support Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering related subject or related area
2. Minimum 8 years of experience of managing the facility requirements of a large manufacturing company
3. Minimum 2 years at a Maintenance Supervisor leave
4. Experience of maintenance of CNC, bending, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatic, chillers etc.
5. This role will require out of hours support due to the shift nature of the business.
