Walk-in interview for Property Advisor in Jeddah. Currently we are looking for Property Advisor for our company in Jeddah. Interested Candidates Can submit their application.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Meet or exceed targets set by management
• Introduce yourself to potential prospects, understand the need for follow up’s
• Property Listings, market valuation check, provide valid options to our clientele
• To carry out day-to-day functions of leasing or sales as informed by your line manager in your specialized area
• Property viewings, estimate current market value, collect necessary property info
• Be loyal to both parties, provide full info, treat and handle rightfully
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlord and tenant
• Assess prospect tenants and landlords needs to better understand their needs and requirements
• Promote properties through our marketing channels, online portals, web listings via coordinators
• Edit lease agreements terms via operations if required
• Being available for daily viewings with potential tenants or landlords or represent MPM in company events or open house.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• At least 2-3 years in leasing/sales real estate Saudi Arabia.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills in English (Other languages would be an added advantage)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, CRM etc.
