Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1 Back up the service operation in providing technical expertise to assist the service staff in the service jobs.
2 Support the service manager in budget achievement.
3 Troubleshoot complex technical faults, report findings and communicate with principals for solutions and feedback.
4 Communicate with customers on his/her needs and request for service.
5 Report the jobs carried out in the standard service report form.
6 Be responsible to the tools and parts issued under his care.
7 Observe and implement the Company s EHS policy.
8 Report the productivity hours and travel hours and distance.
9 Train service staff or conduct training to customer periodically as schedule.
10 Assist the Service Manager to perform quality checks on service performance.
11 Assist other department to provide technical solutions.
12 Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
1 Diploma/ Degree in any Engineering discipline.

Knowledge & Experience
1 Minimum 5 years of experience with technical background such as hydraulic winches or related equipment, electrical trouble shooting and PLC knowledge.
2 Solid computer knowledge in order to make good service report / assessment.
3 Background in hydraulic winches or related equipment.
4 Knowledge in Marine and Offshore products, operations and requirements.
5 Experience and ability to operate necessary hand tools, gauges and other equipment.

Personal Attributes
1 Good solid communication skills; must be able to talk and carry technical discussion with ship operators, shipyard captain or chief engineer.
2 Intermediate knowledge of mathematical and measurement computation concepts
3 Ability for frequent and extended offshore travel.
