Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with paid social media campaigns planning, set up, automation, activation, day to day management and reporting and manage social media pages and campaign calendars.
• Collaborate with PR and advertising campaigns, influencer and bloggers programs.
• Create content rich emails and social media posts and blogs and carry out automation checks, proofreading and execution of email and social media campaigns.
• Responsible for the email database and list segmentation.
• Engage with customers through community management, respond to customer service enquiries and coordinate with retailers for social media campaigns and promotions and email acquisition campaigns.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• 2 -5 years professional experience in social media marketing and advertising comprising of paid search campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and Google+ with a strong background in SEO and SEM.
• Experience of using CRM systems such as MailChimp, Adobe Campaign, social media management and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite, excellent content writing skills with the ability to adapt the tone and content for different audience segments.
• Experience of tracking the social media budget.

Education

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in Saudi
• Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
